Free Pantry Checklist

Free Small Pantry Measurement & Organization Checklist

Most pantry products get returned for one reason: they were bought before the shelf was measured. This free printable fixes the order. Work through it once — about ten minutes at the shelf — and every container you buy afterwards actually fits.

What’s inside (1 page, printable PDF):

  • Shelf measurement worksheet — width, depth and height for every shelf, in inches and cm.
  • Container-fit checklist — the four checks to run before any container earns a place.
  • Declutter prompts — the quick questions that decide what stays in a small pantry.
  • 7-zone planner — sketch which zone lives on which shelf before you move anything.
  • Shopping list — measurement first, product second, with space for the numbers that decide each buy.

How to use it

  1. Measure every shelf and write the numbers down — do not trust the product photos.
  2. Run the declutter prompts shelf by shelf; be honest about back-stock.
  3. Sketch your seven zones on the planner (daily, cooking, baking, snacks, back-stock, small & loose, flex).
  4. Only then fill in the shopping list, with the deciding measurement next to each item.
